Ivy Vainio’s Dream Catcher Workshop

On Sept. 22, 2020, AICHO Staff Member Ivy Vainio taught 10 member of the Nitamising Gimashkikinaan / Minneapolis Indigenous Breastfeeding Support Circle how to make dream catchers via Zoom.

We wanted to share this with you as a reference for when you want to make a dream catcher. It was Ivy’s first time teaching this class over Zoom and she found it kind of tricky. So if you watch the whole vid, be mindful of this.

We are sharing it on behalf of the grant that we received from Minnesota Department of Human Services Behavioral Health Division and First Nations Development Institute.
